Sessions are typically twice a week for an hour.  However, once a week or three times a week session options are available.  Payment can be made on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.  Sessions are available in my private gym, your home or pool*, outdoors, or office locations.  Pricing starts at $45/session.
